AIS is run by a President and eight Vice Presidents, peer officers, each with a clear focus, organized as a flat heterarchy. The President convenes and connects; the VPs own the work.

Sets semester goals across all three pillars, runs the weekly board, and represents AIS to faculty, executives, and partners. Convenes rather than commands; the goal is consensus, with the President breaking ties when one is needed. Holds final approval on major initiatives and the budget.
